Victor Ozieh


Victor Chukwuemeka Ozieh, is a Nigerian; graduated with a Bachelors degree cum Laude and a Masters degree in Architecture from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, in 1985; pursued a Doctoral degree in Architecture, majoring in Housing and Urbanism at the Architectural Association (AA), London; and then embarked on a full-time career in Information Technology and Information Systems. In his professional career as an Architect, he practiced extensively in the area of mass and specialty housing and executed urban planning projects while with Barry Urquhart Associates, a private firm of Architects in Weybridge, Surrey, West of London. As a principal in his Architectural practice in Lagos, he designed several housing and institutional projects, including the bid for the National Stadium in Abuja, in partnership with a Chinese Joint Venture partner firm.

Information Systems Consulting:

He has had an extensive career as an IT Specialist and IT Architect, in several major North American banks, responsible for strategic planning, design, and deployment of the banks’ IT infrastructure assets. He has consulted for IBM Global Services in the areas of systems architecture, enterprise application integration and engineering, design and implementation of virtual machine environments (VMWare), including Cloud and Agile architecture, data center consolidation and relocation, data storage solutions and disaster recovery in Highly Available (HA) distributed systems and networks. Entrepreneurship: He is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for CDC, Concession Development Company, (, a solar and alternative energy solutions provider in the US and in Africa, in charge of Emerging Technologies/Research and Development (R & D). President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Atlas 66 LLC ( and OEX Power, a multi-disciplinary corporation with a focus on infrastructure development using renewable energy technology, land registration, land administration, targeted at exponentially increasing IGR for governments, creating innovative solutions for large-scale farming and agriculture, developing low- to medium-cost housing for communities and implementing healthcare solutions.


Resides in Atlanta, Georgia, USA; married with children. He has served in the executive committees of several socio-cultural and professional associations in the US and Nigeria, including as a founding member, Board of Trustees, Anioma University of Science and Technology ANSTECH Foundation. Secretary General, Nigerians in Diaspora Organization (NIDO); Alumnus, Architectural Association (AA) London. Executive Officer, Anioma Association USA, Georgia Chapter, Founding President, Ogwashi-Ukwu Association USA South-east Chapter. His has given tremendous support to the development and the strengthening of the various Nigerian communities in the US Diaspora and in the Business community in Nigeria. He is a Patriot.
